What is the best way to take care of my garage floor?

I live in Wisconsin and in the winter I have problems with water in my garage. It is a detatched 2 1/2 car garage. The floor wasn’t “poured” correctly and there isn’t any slope to allow water to run out. I have problems with the snow melting off the undercarriages of our cars and then large pools of water building up. I squeege the garage, but I am worried that the water could cause damage. Should I seal the floor or paint it?
