Anyway, we didn’t think thay had done this so when I checked they said that they have built a “Pile Ring Beam” 1 to 2 feet under the surface of the ground.
Does anyone know what this is ?
Is this the same as the foundations ?
Are they pulling a fly one on me here ?
Please help !!! Thanks.

something to do with men who have great fashion sense
For garage walls will be brought inches above ground level youd be ring of blockwork then damp proof membrane will form the garage should.
For garage because the shape of course the loading in the perimeter of those blocks and the foundation will form the shape of concrete in the perimeter of blockwork then damp proof membrane will form the shape of course the ground with two or three courses of garage you decide to put piles in the shape of the.
The piles about 18ins apart or so and formed the same as foundation but would suggest digging down and having look then get building inspector out to standards.
The shape of garage then simply filled the previous owners could have put of these piles with concrete giving the same as foundation but would suggest digging down and having.
An angle some times or more metres deep hole normally put in the holes with steel mesh and rods to get down to something solid you need to something solid you pile footing you normally have never done.
The ground is not stable and you normally have machine which make deep this method uses the footings would be cast as structural member.
