What is a good average cost to covert a single car garage into a mother-in-law suite with a bath and bedroom?

The garage is 14x 20 and is attached to the side of the house. It also already has a door leading from the main part of the house to the garage and basic electrical wiring. We would want to “finish: the garage, add a few windows, and put a bay window in place of the garage door. If possible, we would like to add a full bathroom (there is half bath on the other side of the garage). The dual zone heating system could handle heating the extra room, so we would not have to upgrade that.
What kind of price range are we looking at here?

It will cost way too much to have any mother-in-law live that close! J/K!!!
