Anyways, question is, besides the cloth walls, can anyone suggest some other things I can do to make it feel more like a workout room and not half of the garage, with about a $100 budget lol? I plan on using the other money for exercise machines and so on, so I don’t wanna spend much if anything on remodeling.

Get the gray Rustoleum two-part epoxy kit for garage floors. It’s about $62 dollars here and it’s one coat coverage over 250 square feet. At least, that’s what a gym I went to did. A boom box, full sized mirror, and posters of body builders or swimsuit models help, too.
For budget of 100 would be 10 bucks paint the wall 2000 if you have walmart check.
