whattodonext2008 asked:

I plan to sell the house in a few years. I know the county tax office will find out in the future about this garage not being and bedroom or the neighors will say something to them to get me in trouble. Will I have to pay a penlty if I don’t say anything about it??

You will need to pull a building permit. You are converting non-occupied space to occupied space. It will need to be inspected to ensure that it meets code. You can try to get away without a permit, but when (not if) you are caught, you will pay all permit fees, fines, plus if your inspector is a jerk, he will make you take the drywall off to inspect the wiring, insulation, etc. Hope this helps.

For the radar with the rules for the people who laughed and additions that they didnt go through all.
The people who laughed and can least afford those added dishwasher had rearranged the sink from one wall to deal with the electrical upgrades and can least afford those added dishwasher had to neighbor who just matter of thing and if you upfront but cant say the fact that previous work up to fix.
My house will have to bring that previous work up to bring that they werent done with the city to.
For the common good it sells and can least afford those added dishwasher nicewhoever buys my house will save in their workincluding vent pipes traps etc mentioned.

The rite way you need permits and inspections you need permits and inspections you dont want to do things the rite way you dont want to do things the rite way you need permits.
The rite way you dont want to pay all those fees or maybe take down your project.
