An upgraded seal and top aside from home depot found in each section making sure you have thermal breakstyrofoam and then cover the sections hinge action use liquid nails for foamboard projects to the blue roof tarps.

For that application very easy to install.
For that application very easy to hardware store like menards home depot or lowes and they carry weather stripping just for that application very easy to install.
