sherigraph asked:

The puppy died of Parvo. For the winter, they have it in their garage and plan on burying it when it gets warmer. Is that safe for the family?

No. Parvo is highly contagious. If they have another dog it is at risk of catching it too.

No,You should dig a deep hole about 3 ft. deep and bury it now.
It will hurt your friend Physically and mentally to see that box everyday.
Plus it will start smelling after a while, and start decomposing.
Your friend needs to bury it,ASAP!
