I am booking a car diagnostic test at fords.Do they have any better equipment that the normal garages?

I have this eac failure which keep comming up.
Other garage told me could be wiring loom , ecu pedal accelaretor or throttle.
Pedal acelaretor has ben changed, but can ford diagnostic find which one is it, without going the way to change them one by one and costing more money.
