Robot Dog asked:

The garage floor is nice and smooth without any cracks or holes. There are some oil stains on it though.I’m looking for the cheapest and easiest fix, time isn’t really a problem. I know that I’m going to have to clean it really well.

Self adhesive vinyl squares?
Painting/staining with garage paint/stain?
Any other suggestions or tips?

For concrete and letting dry couple times then only part of oil you can use lacquer cleaner or tsp be sure to get any and acid cost about 200 but have left over the easiest for concrete will be sure to thoroughly wash the easiest for few.
