How to fill hole under garage floor where ground has washed out or settled?

I have discovered a hole where my paved driveway meets my garage foundation. It is right in the corner where the basement wall meets the garage floor. I am not sure how deep or wide it might be. I assume this is from settling or wash out . How and what should I use to fill this with, dirt, concrete or other?
