How to buy and program a remote garage door opener?

Also, this is not for a house garage, it is for a condo complex that has a garage so I probably do not have access to a “unit” or whatever it is called; just my garage door opener.

    You may be able to purchase one identical to yours. Open both up and match the dip switches of the new one to the one you still have.
