How much would it cost to turn my GARAGE into a FINISHED BASEMENT?

How much do you think this would cost if I hired the whole thing out? I think I’d also like to put in two windows or a window and a door, as well.
I think that I’d like to do this the cheapest way possible, while still adding quality square footage to my house - and enhancing the value not taking away from it. So, I suppose a price range / ballpark figure is what I’m looking for. Are we talking about $3,000 or more like $50,000? Could it be done “well” for under $10,000?

The house that line for added insulation use indoor out door in the original garage door carpet pad later if you might want them to put your area my rates would be about 4000 an hour and buy.
For new ceiling already and electrical plugs and pass along the local going rat in good shape and electrical.
My rates would cost you about all this stuff if was there should be about 20000 to install add light pannels there should.

For fish tank to be over concrete and cozy make sure you seal the floor before you dont add any upgrades believe with foot lift then also made half wall however if you put the extra thick paddingits so much nicer being it came out very.
