I am buying a house that has a “drive-in” garage in the basement. The garage door is in place, but they removed the track and caulked the edges of the door to permanently attach the door to the wall. I will need a new door with new tracks I am assuming. Also, the ceiling is low, so I would need to get the garage door opener to have the low ceiling option. I am in the St Louis MO area.

      Garage door could be wise to help install the door business hopefully the only one at his work that will do these because they can cause some issues my husband is different and an opener 200 labor 100125 again with experince who might want to be 350ish my husband.
