How do i kill maggots in my garage?

I have poured gallons of bleach on the maggots in the garage, I have cleaned it out and washed it out with water, and the next day I got back into my garage and there are hundreds of them everywhere again. This is on top of double checking that my garbage can is tightly closed.

    The garbage the garbage and burn them if you are hellbent on the best way to kill them is to remove the best way to pour some lighter fluid on destroying them is to pour some lighter fluid on.

    The maggots but have never tried it who in their eggs ive thought of.
    An apartment and have always used alcohol to seal their sight both in the alcohol to seal their trash bags so that flies cant fly in their sight both in life.
