Enclosing a 20′x20′ carport and need to install a 16′ garage door with automatic opener. The process calls for 12″ headspace w/o automatic opener and 15′ headspace with automatic opener. How do I proceed? What special rails or fittings do I need? Please help it is a must DIY low funds.
