How do I get the code for an older garage door opener?

    My button is learn button is learn button you push you then punch in new code the motorized unit mounted on the learn button is located on.

    I would recommend asking Genie directly. You should be able to get the model number of the opener. When you do, go to the Genie web site:

    Fill in some information and ask your question. They should respond (probably by email) fairly quickly with an answer.
