How can you clean oil spots off a concrete garage floor best?

I have seen spotless floors that are cleaned each night in a Pep Boys - right on the concrete garage floors over which they change people’s oil. What are they using?

The garage floor of my rental house has a little of everything on it. Some oil stains from motor oil, some paint stains, etc. What would work best/easiest without scrubbing my fingers to the bone?
