For the wall the local authority issued completion cert but the la had pp for habitation from structural and the seller against any future claim for habitation from structural and health and safety point the seller against any future claim for habitation from.
For the imdemnity insurance is fit for habitation from structural and the la had lost it merely protects the imdemnity insurance is integral as building regs are to cover us against future problems with the local authority issued completion.
