Looking at some popular home improvement sites I discovered that there are a whole bunch of different types of caulk. Which would be best to use to seal a metal garage to a concrete slab? Thanks.

the garage door opener is about 3 years old, it will open fine with the remote and the wall button, but when closing, it only works with the wall button (and you have to hold it untill it goes all the way down.) which is a pain in the A@@ because you have to back from your car out go through the front door to close it and go all the way back around outside. i dont have any money to buy a new one. ( oh and ive already bought and installed new electronic eyes) didnt work.

does anyone know whats wrong?
