There is some rust along the metal strip but the rubber on the bottom is rigid and broken in many places, letting the snow come in. Are there kits for this or will I be forced to hire someone to do it?
It is 18 years old so wondering how difficult it is going to be to get off and put a new one one.

I’m planning a new garage and considering one of the epoxy coatings on the new slab. My concern is for the durability as my garage is well used. Creepers, engine stands, engine hoists….. the hoists and stands have steel casters. Will the epoxy hold up or will it chip and scratch with the heavy use?

My garage had some serious areas where tape was coming undone and the texture was falling because of it…was going to scrape around those areas, retape, and retexture but got frustrated because then I knew I would have to paint it all and the old stuff would just come off when it got painted…so now I am scraping all the old popcorn off….suggestions on where to go from here?
