kenya1 asked:

the house was already pre-wired for a garage opener. i installed everything according to the manual except for the wires that come with the sensors. i cut them short and connected them to the prewired ones. the wires from my house are WHITE, RED and WHITE, the openers wires are WHITE, WHITE and GRAY. i connected them but nothing worked
on one side of the garage door, i have 2 wires out of the socket and on the other side its has 1 wire.
how do i connect this wires correctly for the sensors to work?
i have tried different ways, the lights on the sensors keep flashing and only one side of the sensor light comes on.

Wonderious asked:

My husband and I are about to build a house, and we were wondering what the price difference would be between a car port and a garage. It is going to be a 2 car with a bonus room on top. Has anyone done this before, and how much did it cost you? Here is the garage plan . . . how much do you think it would cost?

Pan asked:

The only difference to the outside will be replacement garage doors (to patios) My garden is surrounded by high hedge, so nobody would see. Its going to cost a bomb to get planning…is that right? Can I go ahead anyway?

LinnyS asked:

Hi, we would like to put a pool table in our heated garage. We plan on maintaining the temp above 50 in the winter & air conditioning it around 76 in the summer. We live in ohio. Our garage is oversized and we plan on keeping the table close to the house. We don’t get much moisture in the garage, except for every once in awhile a little may leak under the garage door. My question is do we need to get an indoor/outdoor table, or will we be ok with just a regular slate table? We would rather have an indoor table, but don’t want to make a bad decision. We are serious players so just getting a cheap table won’t work. Thanks!
