grl_addict asked: I am moving into a house with a two car garage, but the doors are manual. I plan to use my kids as garage door openers for a while, but on average how much do they cost to buy and install?

Rocky asked: Does anyone have one of these kits? I just wonder how well they work? I was thinking it might work well in my garage which has not yet been completed but I’m wondering if the tank serves as it’s own bio-degrading system. That would be a plus in my case. I’m waiting for more information about this kit from the company that produces it but I was also hoping to get some reviews from anyone who already has this system. Other suggestions are welcome.

A few more questions? Would you say that this type of system would not need to be hooked to a septic tank? Could I splice it into my field lines via directly from this grinder pump? And If my garage is not heated how well will such a system hold up in cold weather? I already know I would have to keep the water pipes from the cold but will this stand up to the cold without heat?

Dane_Fla asked: I am considering purchasing a Garage Door Opener, and believe that I will have to remove my door lock as a result. How safe are these things with regards to someone opening the door? I understand about electronics and the fact that some of the untis have a security code sequence, but can someone just lift the door up? Thanks for reading….help!

gregm1967 asked: We are in a new home with a craftsman opener with keyless entry (139.53684). When following directions to set the code (we have a premium console) you are s/p to close the door and while holding the enter button after entering the 4 digit code, on the premium console you are s/p to press the light button, then press the door control push button. The opener light is supposed to flash. Instead our door starts to open and the code is not set. Any ideas? We have already tried resetting the code by pressing the SRT button on the opener.
