Another problem with Garage Band?

it says its got too many effects and all i got is 2 tracks of keyboards and 3 tracks of drum kits that i need, and all i need is one more for my vocals, and it says I need to optimize options and ive tried it before, how can i fix this? i need to make an mp3 of this and send it off successfully. please help i’ll appreciate it very much , thanks
